ROPE OPENER FOR WET FABRICS IN STAINLESS STEEL
The ROPE OPENER WITH LEVER-OPERATED
PLAITER has a structure in sturdy
varnished iron tubular bars, bearing the following processing parts:
Winch with adjustable pneumatic brake, at the top of the structure,
at a height of about 5-6 mt off the ground.
Beater driven by an electric motor with variable pulley, to set the ideal
beating speed.
Spreader with two cylinders with helicoid reinforced profile, driven by a
pneumatic piston,
with reader of the selvage at full width.
The unit is completely encased and protected.
Lower idle cylinder for fabric transmission.
Lever-operator plaiter with "tie-rod crank" control; drive cylinder
covered in non-skid rubber,
driven by a gearmotor with inverter; maximum speed about 80 mt/min; plaits
of about 1 mt.
