ROLLER WITH INSPECTION FRAME
This machine,
patented by us, combines the technology of a roller with conveyor chain and
clips,
with a fabric inspection frame. Its feature is to make it possible to inspect
any type of fabric
whether rolled on A-frame, in plaits or small rolls, detecting any flaws and
marking
them with colored stickers or entering the color symbol of the flaw on the
touch screen.
To re-examine the flaw in order to identify it better, the machine can be
stopped
and the fabric accumulated on the conveyor belt can be rewound,
without disturbing the conveyor on the chain with clips.
The fabric, as shown in the drawing, rolled on A-frames, is unrolled by a
gearmotor
with axial drive controlled by an inverter with a "dandy roller"
of variable weight.
Before entering the conveyor belt the fabric passes through a zone of intensive
steam
at high temperature that relaxes the fibers and eliminates any creases and
stitch marks.
The machine can be controlled by a PLC with display of the functions on a
touch screen.
The most significant advantage of the Narciso machine consists of being able
to inspect the fabric free of tension and roll it immediately afterward by
transport
on a chain with clips that equalizes the dimensions along the width.
Rolling is extremely accurate, with the desired compactness of the roll.
