EQUALIZING AND WIDTH STABILIZING MACHINE
This machine
combines the Equalizing and Width Stabilizing functions
in a single machine, offering the normal performance of a traditional
Equalizer with two important advantages:
1. The machine is only about half as long
2. The fabric, with any flaws, can be viewed before it is rolled.
These two features, which we have patented, are extremely important
at a time when the space occupied by machines is so precious and quality control
of fabrics is a prerogative for the good name of the manufacturer.
The machine, designed in particular for use with knitted,
is perfectly suitable for use with any type of fabric.
The main features of this machine, like the other models we produce, are:
• Lateral overfeed on the chain input with motor driven rubber conveyor
belts placed under the fabric and a rubberized idle contact roller that
prevent damage to the pile.
• Steaming bowls featuring energy saving with elimination
of the need to discharge condensation
• Hood with exhaust fan for steam to prevent dripping
• Dryer with eletric fans at variable speed adjustable by reversal of
rotation
with machine stopped, to prevent overheating and yellowing of fabric.
• Rolling on 2 motor-driven rollers individually with variable speed
adjustment
• Inspection frame with illuminated table
• Pneumatic cutter with rapid crosswise action for cutting at end of
roll
• PLC with autodiagnosis feature
