PREPARATION LINE
The machine
is designed for the preparation of fabrics on large rolls that will then
be finished using different processes.
Good preparation is extremely important for siccessful processing and our
system is equipped with a beater unit located ahead of the Jbox accumulation
storage unit, with action on both sides of the fabric and adjustable
contact with vacuum hoods that remove the larger impurities from the greige
fabrics.
This unit is followed by a brush unit with action on both sides of the fabric
and adjustable contact with vacuum hoods that remove the residual impurities.
Fabric openers and centerers with slats are provided with fabric reading sensors
on the full wodth to ensure perfect alignment of the fabric.
A staggering unit displaces the fabric by a few centimeters as the roll
is forming, so as to prevent constant overlaying of the selvages.
The machine has a compact design that ensures the safety
of the operator, is easy to control and regulate.
The fabric drive rollers are all motor-driven controlled by inverters
with speed and draft adjustment.
