EGUALIZING AND WIDTH STABILIZING MACHINE
This machine
can be considered the original of the line from which all our other models
descend.
It has the basic features to treat any kind of fabric, enhancing the visual
quality
and handle. The particular feature that differentiates the machine from those
produced
by competitors is the tilted route of the fabric that permits good visibility
for detection of any flaws.
Another feature of the machine is the ease of use by the operetor, as it is
controlled
by a small computer with interfaced controls on the entrance and exit that
are easy to read, and a PLC with autodiagnosis.
Technical features:
• General overfeed with 2 motor-driven rollers
• Lateral overfeed on the chain input with motor driven rubber conveyor
belts placed under the fabric and a rubberized idle contact roller
that prevent damage to the pile.
• Steaming bowls featuring energy saving with elimination
of the need to discharge condensation
• Hood with exhaust fan for steam to prevent dripping
• Dryer with eletric fans at variable speed adjustable by reversal
of rotation with machine stopped, to prevent overheating and yellowing of
fabric.
• Cooling unit with forced air conveyed above and below the fabric
• Rolling on 2 motor-driven rollers individually with variable speed
adjustment
