The machine is used to reverse the tubular fabric and prepare it for dyeing.
The fabric is accumulated onto a stainless steel pipe, whose length may vary according to the request. A continuous airflow produced by a fan located inside the machine allows the accumulation of the fabric onto the pipe. At the end of the loading, the terminal part of the fabric is introduced into the pipe. By reversing the direction of the airflow, the fabric is sucked into the pipe. The fabric turns inside out and exits on the opposite side of the loading direction, helped by rubberized presser cylinders and an oscillating flap for the formation of plaits.
