BRUSHING MACHINE, of reduced size, consisting of two motor-driven brushes
in mixed horsehair, that work on the front and back of the fabric.
Two flywheels adjust the tangent of the fabric against the brushes by means of eccentric rollers.
Two fluted hoods are connected to a centrifuge fan to ensure removal of the lint.
The hoods can be opened easily to facilitate cleaning of the brushes
and removal of threads that may wind around them.
The effectiveness of the brushing can be enhanced by installing brushes
with slats, that exercise a mild beating effect on the fabric.
